We are urgently looking for an extremely dynamic person in the Supervisory Position who must be able to generate organic business in the new market and/or targeted customers’ bases. He must be able to keep the pace with the need within, beside and beyond the boundaries, want to learn-unlearn-relearn, zeal to compete against time, know the nitty-gritty of Channel Building, Liaise Making, Searching & Sourcing New Customers, Products and Processes. Negotiation Skills, In-Depth Costing Knowledge and Understanding of the etiquettes of Communications are the MUST criteria for this position.

Primary Educational Requirements:
Graduation in Textile Engineering / Garment Manufacturing / Apparel Merchandising from BUTEX / BUFT / Any Other Public / Private University.

Tertiary Educational Requirements
MBA / Masters in International Business / Marketing / Business Development from any reputed Public / Private University and / or Relevant Educational Background.

Experience Requirements:
12 – 15 years (with at least 5 years Work Experience in similar Position in any Garment Manufacturing / Trading / Sourcing / Buying Office

Framework of this Position:

• This is Senior Level Independent Supervisory Position reporting directly to MGT
• The objective of opening this Position is to expand the Business into New Markets, Customers  thru generating organic order of approximately 7-10 Million US$ in-line with the overall Business growth of the Company by 2024.
• Need extensive traveling, experience in customers meeting, cost price negotiations, ability to take instant and correct decision.
   

Scope of this Position:

• Generate New Orders from the Targeted / New Market.
• Penetrate More Orders from Existing Customer by assuring Service Excellence
• Develop Short & Long-term Business Development Strategy to achieve the Targets
