We are urgently looking for few dynamic candidates in the Merchandiser, Sr. Merchandiser Position to perform below responsibilities:
- Critical Path Management and robust production control
- Liaise with Buyers, Suppliers and Vendors for smooth functioning
- Work aligned with Cross Functional Team (Quality, Technical, Compliance)
- Materials Sourcing (Trims, Yarns for Sweaters and Fabrics for Denims & Woven)
- Cost Price Optimization (challenge prices, product engineering, process & materials sources)
- Monitor Planning, Production Processes, Lead-Time Planner & Capacity Management
- Shipments Follow Up & Payment Realizations
Primary Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Textile Engineering / Garment Manufacturing / Apparel Merchandising from BUTEX / BUFT / Any Other Public / Private University.
Tertiary Educational Requirements
∎ MBA / Masters in International Business / Marketing / Business Development from any reputed Public / Private University and / or Relevant Educational Background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ Merchandisers: 5 – 7 years (with at least 2 years Work Experience in similar Position in any Garment Manufacturing / Trading / Sourcing / Buying Office)
∎ Sr. Merchandisers: 7 – 10 years (with at least 3 years Work Experience in similar Position in any Garment Manufacturing / Trading / Sourcing / Buying Office)

∎ These are Mid-Level Positions reporting to respective Business Unit Manager
∎ The objective of these Positions is to smoothly handle the businesses that are in place from our customers from the Spanish, Polish, Japanese, Latin American and Korean Market.
